Simply put, this is a social justice adult education process that works. It works because it moves people to act. God knows we need this kind of a proven tool an all our parishes, not anly because people have a right to know what their responsibilities are in relation to the church’s teachings, but importantly because without their support and participation in this tradition, we can’t expect anything to change. One of the things I like most about Jim and Mary’s adult education process is that it actually treats people like adults – an all too rare happening these days.
