Prayer is the response of each of us to God, and it is as unique to every individual as are finger prints of facial characteristics. How can we best develop the ability to pray which is all men, but which is so often neglected or thwarted?
The Prayer of Jesus is a book which will help us to pray our own prayers in our own way. The first section examines the experience of prayer, what it should mean to every man. The second looks at prayer in the life of the man Jesus. A final section studies the chief prayers which are attributed to him in the gospels and brings out their relevance for us today.
