The ARA (Action-Reflection in Faith-Action) methodology used in these sessions consists of there parts – Activity. Reflection in Faith, and Action-Orientation. They are geared towards an integration of faith (biblical, doctrinal, liturgical, and moral) and life (socio-economic, political and cultural). The KEY CONCEPTS in each session focus on the main ideas that have to be develop in-depth.
