Cunningham's Manual Of Practical Anatomy III: Head And Neck, Brain

The principal change in this new edition of Cunningham’s Manual of Practical Anatomy is the use of English equivalents of the Paris Nomenclature which was approved by the International Anatomical Congress in 1955.
Whilst an English form of this nomenclature has been largely used throughout the text of the new edition, it has not been adopted in its entirety, as modifications may probably be authorized in the near future. For this reason some of the more familiar terms of the Birmingham Revision has been retained, and, where important changes have been made, the equivalent term in the Paris Nomenclature is given in brackets in the text. As important differences between the two nomenclature are few, the majority will be found in the index.
