Intended for intermediate secondary school and adult students of English, who have been learning English for a minimum of three year, this book aims to improve both their reading ability and aural and written work through the development and testing of comprehension. It provides work for a two-year intermediate course and is divided into three sections: Section One includes Comprehension texts (with questions), Section Two contains dictation passages based on alternate texts in Section One, and in Section Three verb passages provide practice for verb and their forms included in Section One.
