In spiritual growth there are two factors: divine factors and human factors. The divine factors are obviously the most important, but the human factors are also important, for without them no spiritual growth is possible. It is only the human factors that we can do samething about. And the way we use the human factors will, in the final analysis, determine our spiritual growth.

The second part explains the meaning of growth in Christ and the third part presents a human technology of growing in Christ and the third part presents a human techonology of growing in Christ illustrated with many practical examples and charts. An epilogue explaining the techniques of recycling the learning process of growing in Christ is included.
