The Now Testament Cycle A

The Now Testament is a collection of reflections, given by Monsignor Joseph M. Wadowicz, beginning with the first Sunday in Advent and ending with the 33rd Sunday Ordinary Time. Wadowicz gathers up the pieces of God he finds in all sorts of different places and waves them together in these exceptional, insightful texts. They are refreshing and real, yet short enough to be read and pondered on a daily basis.
The reflections are a blend of various disciplines and forms of expression. Wadowicz draws on the works of many contemporary personalities, including Charles Schultz, Mark Twain and Margery Williams, as well as classical poets and philosophers such as Plato.
The New Testament aptly integrates each gospel into the complexities of modern society, making the Word of God extremely relevant and accessible. Although the reflection and their author are Catholic, the messages within will appeal to people of all denominations, even readers with no religious affiliations.
