This work may be subdivided in two parts. The first part (chapter 1 to 9) deals with the manifold aspects of the pinoy religious leader. The second part (chapter l0) provides human behavior cases involving tiwala- an essential responsibility of such a leader. The present undertaking seeks to describe the Pinoy as leader in the context of religious organizations. Pinoy religious leader is not understood in the traditional, liturgical sense as shaman (CF. Mercado,1997). More general than this liturgical, ritualistic counterpart, the Pinoy religious leader is viewed from an organization development perspective. Accordingly, the present work provides the principles, strategies, and techniques of leading the religious organization in the Filipino, Christian perspective. It is then ideal for managers of non-profit, non-government, religious organizations, educators and teachers, preachers and guidance counselor, parents and students in the Filipino setting.
