Mission and Dialogue, Theory and Practice contains the proceedings of an international symposium. It starts with the experiences of the participants in their dialogues with the poor and marginalized, with followers of other faiths in the context of varied cultural settings. The negative experiences touch the limitations of the traditional mission theology which is based on a Church-centered model. But their successful interfaith experiences illustrate the new model of mission. A paradigm-shift from a Church-centered to a Kingdom-centered model of mission theology offers new challenges. This new model is basis of the various articles such as the nature of revelation, conversion, missionary activity, interfaith cooperation.
