The Institute for Consecrated Life in Asia (ICLA),wants to offer this series on Theology of Religious Life, as a response to a felt need and as a service to formators and formandi, to help them consolidate the formation of our candidates to consecrated life in the biblical, theological and historical foundations. It also aims to clarify the specific identity and mission of consecrated life within the organic communion of the church. In the process, the "series" will try to make available to the religious men and women the reflections, available discernments and hopes of the Synod of '94: "The Consecrated Life and its Role in the Church and in the World"
